      Question AboutMy dream sign.

      Hey everyone, I'm new here.

Well I've been looking through my dream journal and noticed that a lot of my dreams take place at home. I was wondering how can I incorporate reality checks with home if I'm home a lot?

Should I do a reality check whenever I enter a new room??......or should I randomly tell myself, "Hey I'm home now, time for a reality check".

I'm asking because MILD hasn't worked for me, and I'm not interested in WILD. I guess having a dream sign and trying my best to notice it and become lucid is my best chance.

I think you figured it out correctly. Do an RC whenever you enter your house, or something like that.
Why aren't you interested in WILD? Doing a WILD is often a good way of succeding in DILD: Even if you fail the WILD and fall asleep without entering a lucid dream, then there is still a reasonable chance that you have a DILD. In this respect a failed WILD is a type of MILD.

The reason why I'm not interested in WILD is because I'm not too comfortable with the sleep paralysis thing. OLD HAG!! lol. Another reason is because it takes me forever to fall asleep, for example: I woke up in the middle of the night yesterday to go pee, then when I went back to bed it took me an hour to go back to sleep, and I'm not lying.

The thing with doing reality checks when I enter my home is that I hardly leave my home at all!!! I babysit a lot so I hardly get a chance to leave the house.
