      Unhappy No more dream recall!

hi everyone. I need some help on the dream recall. ok here is the problem:
i CAN'T have a dream recall anymore. i have a dream journal and i have it since maybe 5 months. Before i had more than 4 dreams per night and i could remember them all with all the details. But now,(since maybe 1 month) i can remember only one (with lots of defficulity) and most of the times, not even one. this just SUCKS. I'm getting so frustated every time when i woke up the morning cuz i know that i didnt remember anything. i get more than 8h of sleep, i always repeat myself "I'll remember my dreams" before falling asleep. i just DON'T know what is the problem. i sudenly lost my ability to dream recall i can't move on in LDming if i can't recall my dreams...
      help me plz!!!

      Relax
You're trying too hard. Take a break off trying for a week. Stress will kill recall and lucidity!
After you do that, repeat to yourself "I will remember my dreams" when you go to bed, until you fall asleep, just like you've been doing.
      Good luck!

      EDIT:
There is one way to guarantee recall. But you won't like it. Set your alarm to wake you up about 4 hours into sleep, and then every 30-60 minutes after that. You may need to tweak the numbers a bit, but waking up during a dream almost certainly guarantees you will remember it. Keep your journal handy.

if you dont like setting you alarm, try repeating to yourself "I will remember my dream when i wake up". repeat that in your head until you fall asleep or forget to say it anymore. for some reason this works for me.

but if this doesnt work, the alarm trick is the best way.

And if you're staying up too late, go to bed earlier. Going to bed late kills dream recall for me.
