Dreamsign Small Tutorial

Hi everyone hope alls well.
Ive been wondering wether it would be worth posting this so i went ahead and did it anyway
whats my dream sign?
Everyones dreamsign is different but to find your you have to develop good dream recall, then start looking at your journal to find frequent upcomings which may mostly be work/school issues on your mind family and things you see frequently throughout the day.

How can i use my dream sign?
You can use it to reality check everyday when your in that situation or scenario or scene or what ever and eventually you should get into the habbit of reality checking when it appears in your dream.

Okay so ive found my dream sign now what?
If your there right now REALITY CHECK! look around think about it is this real or a dream? find a clock read some text twice and count your fingers hold your breath and check if you can still breath.

i know this is only a small tutorial, i made it as begginers can struggle with understanding the meening of a dreamsign and how they can use it to there advantage
