Losing Recall?
Hello Everybody,
Recently ( the last week or so ) I have been struggling with my dream recall. I cant figure it out. I have gone from 1-2 dreams a night at least ( The night before I seemed to lose it I recalled 4 full dreams ) Nothing has changed at all. The way I get woken up has stayed the same. The amount of time I have spent thinking about dreaming and spending on dreamviews has stayed the same. I have heard about recall being strange like this before, but really over a week now?
The only think I can think of that has changed some nights I have tried to WILD and stuff like that waking up in the night.
Thanks,
Tsunami

Do you really take this as a problem? Why? Its just act of balancing. You are not as motivated as you were at the beginning. Remembering your dreams became regular part of your day and thats fine. But... How do you percieve things, that are regular? How do you percieve when you are cleaning your teeth? Something what should grasp your interest? Probably not.
Be creative. Change the way you think about recall. Change the way you think about dreaming. Make it something new. Play with your emotional part of brain. Or give it a stop. Tell yourself. i am not longer interested in lucid dreaming. This night nothing will happen. Even this might boost the recall. This might increase the avidity of your brain for experiments. Give it a shot. The biggest problem of mankind is the seek for stability. Make your lucid journey as unstable as possible, and then you will succed.
"Dont brush your teeth" when falling asleep, make it fun.
