      I can only remember fragments

Since I've started keeping a dream journal again, I am starting to remember my dreams, but only fragments. I can only remember maybe a minute or so, or a few blocks of a minute instead of the whole thing. Does anyone know a way to take the fragments and remember the whole thing? Thanks.

You seem to have pretty complicated dreams. They are hard to remember. Becouse, there is also false logic applied and you are thinking in associacions within them, so they might be full of information.

Actually. Do you really want to remember the dream? Dont you want it too much? Too much is causes brain to react unnaturally. It often causes to forget the dreams. Do you let your memmories fade in, or do you seek for them? Have you tried staying calm?

One technique might help. You could fool your brain. Just tell it: I dont want to remember what was before this memmory. Really. You dont have to seek for the information. I am really not interested in this.

As the brain is not intelligent at night, it should react like a child would. It should give you the information it hides. Its like a push pull model. If the brain pushes, you pull and if it pulls, you push. You are playing a game with your memmory. More creativity, more fun.

      Enjoy remembering
