      Is this a dream sign?

      I've found this site last week and have been practicing my dream recall. I tell myself "I'm going to remember my dreams tonight" 3 times before I go to bed and i can remember 3-4 dreams a night. I'm happy about this because I went from 1 dream a month to multiple dreams a night instantly.

      Anyways, I've been having very realistic dreams and I act as I would in real life. The strange thing is that there is always one or two people in my dreams who I haven't talked to in 6+ months. In each dream their are people who I was good friends with but haven't seen in at least half a year. So would these old friends a dream sign? Thx in advance.

      Actually, that is a great Dream Sign to get used to. Since you haven't seen them for longer than 6 months, your mind should find it unusual and eventually trigger lucidity! Maybe a way to get used to this dream sign would be to do what you were doing by saying, "I will remember my dreams tonight." and also add in something about how you'll recognize your friends to trigger lucidity.
