remembering the dreams

hi all, i'm new around here and the reason i joined this forum is i think i have a problem with dreams. in past, i rarely remembered my dreams, only the ones which really affected me.
but something's changed and i remember 6-7 of my dreams i had in last 4 day, and i remember them very well. nearly all of them are meaninlgess and irrelevant but my brain insists on remembering them. and then this thing just popped up and started 4 days ago. why my brain wants to remember them? why i started remembering dreams so frequently? i can tell you every single detail of my last dreams..does my subconscious trying to tell me something???

Possibly your subconscious knows that you want to remember your dreams and is trying to accomodate you.

Or maybe there is some hidden meaning in them. You could start keeping a dream journal and see if there is a common theme or person. If you want you could even post your dreams in the "Dream Interpretation" forum and see what replies you get.

I'm the same, i can have massive dream recall but the dreams seem very short and shallow.

A dream journal would be great, as Clarity suggested. After you've written your dreams out you could go back through them and see if there are factors that string all your dreams together and those may be the underlying message that your subconscious is trying to convey.

Or maybe your mind is becoming overloaded by stimuli during the day and that info overload is working overtime to sort, store or delete the accumulated info.

Or... perhaps you've simply matured into a phenomenal dreamer.
Whatever the reason you should count yourself lucky. There are people here that would probably kill to have your recall. Not that any of us are murders... that I know of. :P
