      Off and On Recall

I seem to have good dream recall some nights (2+) and terrible dream recall other nights (0). Does it just take practice?
This is the date of my first lucid: 3/6/2010
It took WAY TOO LONG - but was completely worth it.

What I will say is that the more you can (lucidly) recall what has happened to you during the day, the more you can recall (and become lucid) at night...

Every hour, tell the story of what happened in the past (hour/minute/etc.) with as much detail as you can during the day... you get the idea. Try to remember, colors, people, places, etc. This skill should transfer into how well/detailed you remember dreams
"What if I were to tell u that you can take control...of all of this? Look at all these people. Seems as though they're just all chatting away? Nothing to do with u. And yet., maybe they're only here because u wanted them to. U are their god. U can make them obey u or even destroy u."
