      Retrospective Reality Checks

Because I have been lax on my reality checks lately, I tried a different approach.
I was attempting to take a nap. As I was lying there, I began to recall each event of my day (to a degree) from the beginning.

As I did so, I performed a RC and associated each memory with dreaming and the memory and vision of each event.

I hope this may work for someone.

O reason, reason, abstract phantom of the waking state, I had already expelled you from my dreams, now I have reached a point where those dreams are about to become fused with apparent realities: now there is only room here for myself.

      Actually no.
I can't remember the last time I was successful at taking a nap!
So I will try this when I go to sleep.

I have found that anything pertaining to dreaming and such always in turn help the entire process. It would go to show though that the more dream oriented input during waking hours the more likely the scenario of theses events coming to lay in a dream.

let me know how you do Koŝmaro
