Over the past 3 months, I have taken it, up to 2000mg and have noted no lack in dream recall. I have deiced to take a week off it and see how it goes. But I have very poor sleep schedules, it helps balances it out and take the edge of insomnia. The only drug ive run across that completely destroys recall/dream is benzos. |

What's your sleep pattern like? Is it irregular? |

Well there can be many things that could cause this lack of recall. A change in your sleep, stress that you are going through. Some people just go through dry spells where they lose recall for a short while. |

What can also affect dream recall is simply getting more sleep/sleeping longer. I notice on the weekends when I can sleep over 8+ hours my recall greatly improves. |

Don't worry! Lapses in recall are totally normal, and happen to everyone. Sometimes your recall will be good, and sometimes it sucks. That's just the way it is. So don't stress about it, since that will only make it worse. Just remember that it'll be back again before you know it. |

Thanks every one |
