My dream sign might be dangerous

My dream sign is a person...But I was also wondering if pain could be a dream sign? when I dream I always feel pain. If I was to fall in a dream I could feel it, if i was stabbed burned hit ect. I feel it. also I have dreams when I fight I really hurt myself like if I punched someone I punch myself while I sleep. Ive waken up to me choking myself, it's pretty scaring.

I would consider this a dream sign. It's also a very good reason for learning dream recall and attaining lucidity, you're lucky to have found these forums :-]

Ive waken up to me choking myself, it's pretty scaring. That's really weird. I thought sleep paralysis set in when you dream so that you can't act out your dreams. Maybe you dreamt that that happened in a false awakening, or it was hypnagogic imagery. I would try to find some other threads about pain in dreams and see what others have to say.
