Waking up right after a dream?

Alright, so for a few nights, my recall got worse somehow. I thought up of a new way to remember my dreams, and it's based on a segment I read on the site the first day I heard about LDing:

However, I need help on how to do this. My alarm clock is useless, as I can't set it to intervals. Also, I don't have a computer in my room, and I don't have a MP3 player or Ipod.

Are there any special tricks you guys can give me? Or is it only 'keep trying'?

No special tricks on this one that I know of. Your best bet is that your alarm might wake you during REM, but it's purely hit or miss. Also, I believe that the later long REM period dreams are easier to recall, even if you don't wake up during the REM period. Practice and more practice!

Actually, in a method similar to MILD, telling your subconscious to wake up after a dream can be done. It's official and can be done!
