Post Help 4 those who can't remember dreams!

I see a lot of posts here from people who can't seem to remember their dreams. Here are some ideas and I will be adding to it whenver I can.

      1) Start by backtracking and remembering what you do during the day. Feelings/emotions, people, places, conversations, etc. Make a diary of it if you have to. This way by doing it during the day, it "translates" (like Reality Checks do) into dream "time". I bet you'll find that most of you who don't remember your dreams don't even remember what you had for breakfast at about bedtime, maybe even 1 hour after you ate it. Am I right? The keys you are looking for are right in your hands, aren't they. I do the same thing

      2) DON'T MOVE!!! This is no Joke! I don't remember who told me this one but it works. I trust it. Try it if you don't believe me! You've got nothing to lose... When you wake up in the morning - literally do not move. Have an alarm clock that goes off on it's own or a watch alarm that goes off before the one you have to move to turn off and remember key words before you have to move - this way you don't have to move much to turn it off - move your hands/arms to turn off the watch - but I've noticed that if you keep your core/torso still, if anything, you can still remember your dreams. Even when I move but go back to that position, I can remember part of the dreams, very weird, but acually works if you happen to move. You can experiment with this if you don't believe me!

      3)
See my post on soul retrieval. Think of this concept as a psychological term for "soul stress". Usually those who've had even emotional trauma have what's called soul loss.... and remembering dreams is too painful, it's like you block it out because you don't want to experience ______ even in your dreams. See my post and this will make more sense. If you believe this is you, the advice I have for you (from I think one of Robert Moss's books) is to intend on remembering even one dream, to tell yourself that you will intend on remembering something from your dreams "tonight" - even if it's something small, I will remember something from my dreams"

"What if I were to tell u that you can take control...of all of this? Look at all these people. Seems as though they're just all chatting away? Nothing to do with u. And yet., maybe they're only here because u wanted them to. U are their god. U can make them obey u or even destroy u."

The effort to remember and record your day will tend to suppress dreaming to some extent in the short term. Try to recall your day in as much detail as possible, but write down enough to recall again if you review your diary. Try to recall in different ways than you might ordinarily do. For example, how you were sitting or moving, what colors things were, what people said with tone of voice, etc, etc. Practice will bring improvement. Take a break from recall and you will find dream recall has improved.
