I see a lot of posts here from
people who can't seem to remember their dreams. Here are some
ideas and I will be adding to it whenver I can.
1) Start by
backtracking and remembering what you do during the day. Feelings/emotions, people, places, conversations, etc. Make a
diary of it if you have to. This way by doing it during the day, it "translates" (like Reality Checks do) into dream "time". I bet you'll find that most of you who don't remember your dreams don't even remember what you had for breakfast at about bedtime, maybe even 1 hour after you ate it. Am I right? The keys you are looking for are right in your hands, aren't they. I do the same thing
