Does this work for Dream recall? ( please respond before I go to sleep lol )

I was watching a video on youtube about dream racall and he said to say this server times before you fall asleep : I will wake up when my Dream is complete.

Does this work for anybody? If it does can you please tell me the exact phrase you say before you fall asleep.

its MILD. I personally don't use any phrases, rather just an energy of intent. It is important to have intent, and if verbally repeating a phrase increases it then it could be beneficial.
