alright ive been keeping a journal for almost a month now. and ive noticed that my job (burger king) is in most of my dreams. how can i use this to help me become lucid?:)

For one, do a reality check everytime you find you're at that Burger King. Or any Burger King at all. At entry, leave, and anytime inbetween when you realise: 'hey! I'm in a Burger King!'. Because that could very well be a dream ;)
You'd want to do some reality checks when you're working in Burger King. Especially if something weird is going on.
Yah, it's really all about training yourself to be extra aware of what's going on. Just taking a second, from time to time, and checking that everything makes sense + a reality check. If Burger King is your dream sign, then you need to do these checks even more frequently when you're around Burger King. The goal is to make the checks a habit so that you end up doing them in your dreams and, therefore, get lucid.
You could get a different job.. then whenever you randomly find yourself in a burgerking uniform you'll realise you're dreaming!
