Possible Dream sign and Dream guide?

I am a new member of these forums and read a lot about lucid dreams but this one short dream made me think. Ever since i've heard of Dream journals and Lucid dreaming, i've been Non-lucidly dreaming about video games like starcraft or half life 2. So 2 nights ago i was in a short non-lucid dream where it was raining and had some sort of greenish haze to the rain. While i was playing in the rain or something. My aunt came and shouted something i forgot what. But she had a sack of Old sega genesis games (my sega genesis is working fine) and a couple of Lego men. She for some reason threw them to me in hopes of catching it but fell in the rain. So i take a close look at the legos and they were dirty so i didn't think much of it. But when she tossed the Sega genesis games into the rain-filled water, i found that kind of stupid (also for some reason i saw that they were games that i already had.) So i didn't think much of it until recently today. My questions are, why did she randomly give me sega genesis games. Was she telling me that Legos and Video games are my dream sign? Why didn't i become lucid after that moment?

I wouldn't think too much of this dream. It sucks that she threw them 16bit-pearls into the water tho' Games aren't necessarily a sign, just because you dream about them. I'm pretty sure you game regulary n real life too? So unless you do a reality check evrytime you game.. It's possible, but still.

imo no one can tell you what a dream means to you. Why? B/c it's all about associations. Your association with sega is going to drastically different than mine. With so many memories and feelings attached to things only you or a very intimately involved therapist can connect the dots. Most importantly, don't get caught up on a concept like video games, pay attention to how seeing your toys wet and dirty made you feel -- what you were thinking. Then you'll find answers.
