Hey DV. I know there are a lot of people who have problems remembering dreams, even right after they wake up, so I though I'd share my method. |

i tried it today and it works rather well |

-Improving dreamrecall...
Quite frankly, that;'s brilliant. Such a simple technique that it had previouslyt been overlooked by... Assumedly everyone on the site. I shall try that tomorrow, or the next time I have trouble with a dream. Thanks to you, bcomp! |

JET73L's dream journal
Haha at first I didn't understand having to consciously think of them this way, because that is how I treat all of my dreams. And I do have fantastic recall (7+/night) and crazy dreams. Maybe that is the way for people to go about thinking of them! |

this is what i always do, when i wake up i ask myself, "what was i just doing?" and i start remembering the dream. |
