      Question about Dream Recall

I tend to always listen to my iPod when going to sleep, as it helps me sleep easier. However, since I attempted Lucid Dreaming, I haven't been able to remember many of my dreams, even though I can't remember if I could remember many of my past dreams anyway.

But back to the question; is it alright to listen to my iPod when going to sleep? Will this disrupt my Dream Recall ability? Is is harder to become Lucid when listening to music?

      Thanks.

Actually, it's easier, according to journal's I've read.

Do you have headphones in your dream? If you do, taking them out and seeing if you can still hear the music could be a reality check.

If you don't have headphones in your dream, then when you hear music, you should question where it's coming from as a reality check. If it's coming from nowhere, you're in a dream.

Good suggestions for reality checks right there because if one wont work the other should.

Just make sure you dont have any music that has any sharp notes or something - unless you've used the same music for a while.
