lucidity triggered by one particular thing...

i seem to only become lucid when im at work in my dream! its always because i either: 1. hate the situation im in, so i 'hope' its a dream, and realise that it is...
or 2. look around and see that everything has been moved and the proxemity of things looks all odd...
why dont i realise things like this when im at home in my dream, or in the park in my dream?!!!!!!

I'm kind of the same way. At least half the time, I will become lucid when dreaming of the office in which I work.

But of course, I am usually walking around in my underwear at the time (dreamsign!) =p

      It must be the stress!

I would love to be able to recognize I'm at the office - I dream of it every night! Co-workers & the office are dreamsigns for me, but I never seem to question it in a dream. I'm trying to develope a technique for realizing them. Any suggestions? I'm trying to do reality checks when I see co-workers, but this is every 5 minutes and I don't always remember. Anything else that might help me?

try to do a RC when u see something a little more dream-world worthy... - if a co-worker says something odd, or if they look different! (im always dreaming of random things like poeple having their hair cut!)

Its possibly because you are more aware of whats going on at work since (i assume) you will be paying more attention to what your co-workers are doing than you would with random people in other places.
