dreaming about lucid dreaming

I had the strangest dreams last night, and the dreams were about dreaming.

In the first I was giving instructions to 2 people I know on how to recognize a dream. They were each in their own full-sized bed, with me standing at the foots of the beds, and they were listening to me lecture about what to look for. I was even telling them how to catagorize their dreamsigns.

I'm back at the house I grew up in, and there is an outdoor class on how to have lucid dreams. There are tables and chairs set up on the grass, and my boss is also in attendance, sitting next to me. I turn to ask him if he thinks I'm doing well on my lucid dreaming exercises, and then I wake up to the alarm clock.

Does anyone else have dreams about dreaming and the subject of lucidness while being a total zombie? I don't think my subconscious could give me any more signs than that!

I like to believe this means I'm getting close to major breakthru...

It happens to me all the time. I suspect it is a side effect of spending so much time on DV giving out advice.

Hehe. Maybe next time you're giving tips on LDing (whether in a dream or awake), you should demonstrate several RC methods so next time this happens you'll know if you're dreaming.

Next thing you know, everytime we do RC's we'll be doing another RC just to see if it's real :D
