      What is wrong with me?

      I usually have quite a good dream recall and write down up to three dreams every night in detail. Yet since 4 nights I can't remember anything without any special happening that might've triggered it. How can that be?

      Ugh, dryspells. Happens to everyone, everyone has different advice on how to get over it. I'd recommend not trying for recall or lucids, just read over your dream journal, watch or read some stuff that motivates you, and give it time... If you are particularly stressed about something at the moment, just try to wait until that is over, then get back into it dreaming. Just make sure to get plenty of sleep, and give it time.

      All fine again. Guess I was just a bit under stress for a while, not getting enough sleep.
