Seems like a standard problem to me. I had similar problems the first time I tried using a DJ. It's not something you'll be really great at, at first. Every time you remember the fact that you did have a dream it's helping you. |

You will forget many dreams throughout the night so try to catch yourself during one of these later REM stages. Hope this helps! |

thanks for tips everyone. |

Well, i woke up at 5:30 AM, and it was like i was hitting a brick wall. |

So, you woke up 7.5 hours from when you went to bed? Try setting your clock to a time well before that. It seems like it's a bit late to me. I'd try maybe 4 - 5 hours after you first go to sleep. You may have some better luck with your first light REM than with one later in your sleep cycle. |
