      No recall?!

I have been keeping a dream journal, for about 1 1/2 years now, and have been writing them down, almost every day.. but I just started taking this new medicine that my mom lied to me and said it was for sleep walking.. its called risperdal by the way..
and uhh It suppresses rem sleep I think.. anyways this morning I woke up, and tried to remember my dreams. by not moving at all... then I sat there for 10 mins not moving and could not remember anything.. then I tried to just let images float into my head, this did not work either...
is it possible I did not have a dream last night?

I believe your brain always creates at least one dream a night. My theory for this is that you were either in to deep or too light of a sleep to remember it.

If it suppressed REM sleep completely, you probably wouldn't be feeling good enough to post on a forum. It has probably cut you down to only one or two REM periods a night. I would play around with WBTB until you find the right spot to wake up for maximum recall.

that feeling of shaving..write that down. it should help to write it all down, even the slight things.
Do not try and bend the spoon--that's impossible. Instead only try and realize the truth...there is no spoon. Then you will see that it is not the spoon that bends

      it is only yourself
