hello all
i am new and am trying to achieve lucid dreaming. i have a dream journal and i remember about 1 dream every night (is this good?).
i look over my dream journal regularly, trying to find paterns dream signs but have found none. (does it have to be somthing that only exists in dreams, not real life)
i was wondering what your dream singns are? what sort of things should i look out for?
