      MIDR (Mirror Induced Dream Recall)

okay, I have been testing this for the past two weeks, and it has done VERY well for me. I decided to share it all with you, in hope that it will help you all too!

before a start, you must have confidence, if you don't believe you will remember your dreams, you probably won't.

      okay, here are the steps.

Do this around 0-15 minutes before you go to bed. (0 = right before)

1.Find a decent sized mirror hanging up on the wall or something.
2.Look into the mirror, and straight into your eyes.
3.Stare at them for a bit, and tell yourself "I will remember my dream." calmly.
4.Keep staring with the thought of remembering your dreams in your head.
5.After about 15-20 seconds of staring, let the thought leave you, disregard it, and go to sleep normally.
*EXTRA*6. right before you go to sleep tell yourself again that you will remember your dreams. This has only helped me a little bit, but I don't know it might help you
I ♥ DREAMVIEWS. I always have, and I always will. There is nothing else to it.
