      what time do you go to bed?

      i'm starting to think the only reason i get bad recall is because i go to bed past 11. all 4 or 5 times ive gone to bed at 11 i've had excellent recall.

      I think it all depends on how much sleep you get. I get anywhere from 7-12 hours of sleep.

      I used to normally go bed around 1am, sometimes I'd go bed earliest midnight but lately I've been going bed at 5am-2pm lol.
