Well, you're probably not going to see or be involved in a fight frequently enough for that alone to satisfy your need for RCs, but if you do an RC any time you think about fighting, or hear about fighting, etc, that could help you out. Really anything loosely related to fighting I think you should RC, being that the occurrence rate is so high
Yeah, action movies especially may help. If your wake to dream recall, (how well you remember things from waking life in your dreams,) is high than you may just remember that fighting is a dream sign in your dreams.
To increase your wake to dream recall, just up your basic dream recall. To do that, dream journal, mostly.
Yes, dream journals are very helpful.
