      Bad recall

I became a member of DC almost a year ago and I started keeping a DJ. Within days I could recall 3 dreams a night. But after two months or so, I gradually lost interest/didn't have the time. But now I'm back, but I notice that my dream recall is really shitty. Now I'm happy when I remember one dream. What might have happened? I have a healthy diet, I sleep enough. Yesterday I drank some AJ and took a vitamine B pill before bed, but in the morning: no dream. Can someone help me?
What's the difference between dreaming that you're lucid and lucid dreaming?

Even if you have a healthy diet, I would still suggest this:

If you are getting back to it, just think about dreams more often, and have a goal to remember them. The more conscious thought you put into it, the better.

The only explanation might be a bit stress, because of an exam next week and some assignments, but it's not like I'm stressed, I've never been stressed. Let's just hope it will gradually disappear with time passing by

This morning I could finally remember some details about my dream. Though I could still only remember one
