Thread: Can't go home, someone please read

Hey, well I don't know much about what this means, but I just wanna say two things. One, can you please resize your signature? It seems to be quite abnoxiously large

Also, if a mod comes could they move this to interpretation (I don't have power in this forum). Sorry I couldn't help with your dream though.

well, the house could be a symbol for a person, who they are, their life, etc. so, since you cannot enter your house, you may not know who you are yet or what you want. you may feel you need more experience in life fully understand who you are as an individual. and you cannot enter other people's houses because you may have a difficult time understanding other people.

I cannot get out of my house! Unless the dream starts outside of it. If it begins in the house I cannot get out. Now I realize (or my mind thinks so) that it is an obstacle. Which in turn it becomes one. It can and will be overcome for me and with confidence I feel it will for you as well ObsidianRose!!!

I'll try, but i like it...so if i don't get around to it then get over it.

I can't seem to get to the places I want in my LDs lately, either. I try spinning, but I usually end up in some unfamiliar place, no matter how hard I was concentrating on being at home, or wherever. Then I figure I'll just fly and find the place I want, but once I get in the air, nothing looks familiar.

Last night I went flying, and every building I saw looked like some variation on the Sydney Opera House. Then I thought "no, that's not what I want to see", and they instantly started morphing into other types of buildings -- but I still couldn't get my bearings.

Like Howetzer said, I think it's just a mental block, at least in my case.

Maybe you're not supposed to get there? Perhaps it could be that you have something preventing you from something else in your life. But those'd be intepretations.

Maybe you are at this point sooo fucused on getting to a house that you are missing what is right in front of you. Perhaps you should stop and take in your dream scene & see what your subconcious has to tell you.

Well I had a Lucid dream several days ago. My first impression was to try and go through the window. I decided otherwise to do what I am suggesting you do. As I focused on my ammediate surroundings I noticed that everything in my home was from when I was a child. I unfortunatly woke up. But this could have greater meaning!?
