      how do i have longer clearer dreams?

      i usually only have one dream a night. they aren't very long, but they seem to be clear. Any tips on how to have longer dreams and have more per night?

      I originally could never remember my dreams and when they did they were extremely cloudy. Try using an AutoSuggestion such as "I will remember my dreams." and when you do, write them out in a dream journal. Over time you should be able to remember and clearly recall your dreams with no trouble at all.
