      Only One Dream Sign

I have but one dreamsign. A man who comes and simply tells me I'm dreaming (possibly my DG). How would I be to find more?? I feel it nessescary to have more than unis to achieve maximum efficiency of DILD whilst dreaming. Any help with how to find dream Signs??

To find dream signs you need to write down all your dreams (in detail) for a couple weeks or so (I suggest always keeping a DJ, because your dream signs can/will change. Plus, it is good for keeping your mind on dreaming in general). Then go through your dreams and pick out the recurring/common events/people/actions/settings/etc.

Say you have 7 dreams in the week and in 4 of those dreams there was snow on the ground or it was snowing. In 3 of them there was a canapy somewhere, and so forth and so forth. The Snow and a Canapy would be your dream signs. Every time during the day you see (or hear about snow) you perform a RC. Same deal with a canapy. It doesn't have to be that obvious either. Say, in 5 of those dreams you felt sad/mad/scared/etc. Then those could be a dream sign as well. Remember, anything can be a dream sign. Hope I helped out a bit. Good luck in your future efforts!

Thanks for the advice. I already keep a DJ but I'm hard-pressed for recall because when my mom wakes me up I forget my dreams.

Yeah being woken unnaturally (parents, phone, etc.) can cause dreams to be lost almost instantly sometimes. The phone is what gets me the most .

The only way I know of getting familiar with dream signs is to get familiar with your dreams (as already mentioned by KingYoshi. In fact, keeping a DJ can be quite a bother at first, but the information you can get from it is quite invaluable. You will be surprised to read all that first hand information about yourself and the way your mind functions when you are asleep.

Hm, so you are woken up unnaturally, try using notes? So even if you are woken up and forget, you got something to go back, read, and maybe remember your dreams.

This is a good idea. @OP, Write down anything you remember, even if its small bits and pieces. Alot of times, throughout the day you will remember bits and pieces from the dream the previous night. Hopefully by the end of the day you will be able to compile your notes and have a nearly full dream on your hands. You could also look at the notes throughout the day and it may help you remember.

I do write down notes, but often don't remember a singe part. It's a four-day weekend now, though, so I'll remember my dreams. My work schedule also conflicts with sleeping.... I only work at night, as most of my profession do.
