Cant remember my dreams at all?

I think I may have 3 Lucids this morning. But I can't remember them at all. Whats a possible way to remember them? They looked so realistic and I remember a dream character telling me I was dreaming. Why is it so hard to remember my dreams like that? I am 100% that they were lucid. But I can't remember them. It's making me mad because I had neat stuff that happened to me. I just can't remember them now.

Perhaps you dreamed that you were lucid I've done that
but if you weren't you should pracctise your dream recall.

MasterMind has it right there, find the tutorials on how to develop dream recall. Go back to your basics: are you keeping a regular, consistent dream journal? Do you do reality checks and question your surroundings in your waking state? Do you ever get a chance to get excessive sleep, after you've gotten all the restful sleep you need? Keep in mind that in the mornings, when you're past the 5.5 hour mark of your sleep cycle, you have more REM phases with shorter intervals between them, so the more sleep your body can get after then will provide more dreaming sleep. That'll be an easy way to remember your dreams.

I'm not on DV much these days, but I'll try to toss a cool dream or two into my DJ.

Unfortunately, there is no way to remember those dreams. I've had a similar case where I believed that I had one or two LDs(can't remember how, but, I was 100% certain as well), however, I haven't recalled anything about them. For all I know, I might be having LDs on a nightly basis but not recalling them I would try MasterMind's method which can be found in the Dream Signs and Recall section(this section)
      # of LDs so far: DILD-1, WILD-0, Awareness-5

Recall. The one thing that can make the best dream of your life nothing more than a short story not worth posting.
How to improve recall? Ugggh, I don't know if there are really any ways you can do this. Everyone knows DJs can help improve recall, but only just.

      Recall

Try staying in bead with your eyes closed for 5 or 10 minuets in the morning, try to feal your dreams, if you can get the fealing of the dream you can start to track it down. The emotional content of a dream is quite often stronger than specifics.
Dreaming like life isn't science, it's art and you are your own masterpiece.

I found in Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming (LaBerge, Ph.D.) that when you first awaken, one little detail you can do to make it easier to remember your dreams is to stay in the same position you awoke in. The less movement, the better. I was taught to work backwards when remembering dreams; ask yourself, what did I do just before that? And before that? It's helped once or twice, but as Loaf said, there's no great one-action-fixes-all kind of solution to dream recall. It just comes.

I can't imagine where my recall would be without my dream journal, though. It's invaluable.
