      Is this enough?

      Hey all.

Well here is my story... I have been recording my dreams for 2 weeks and just started talking Vitamin B supplements in the second week. I have had noticeably more dreams in the second week, 1 or 2 dreams a night and I'm not sure what I should do next. Last night I tried to do the reality check of looking at my hands but they looked perfectly fine so I carried on safely. What am I doing wrong? Where should I go know? Am I remembering enough dreams to start lucid dreaming? Also is there a way that I can slowly merge off the Vitamins? (as I don't have very much money at this current point in time) So as to keep my recall still up??

      Cheers Guys!!

I have maybe one advice, don't rely too much on vitamins... use your own will ! Tell yourself you'll manage, and you will. It's quite all about self belief.
      Good luck

"What am I doing wrong?" I don't see anything wrong you're doing there: your recall is good, you've been recording your dreams consistently for a little while now (keep it up), and you've identified a supplement that's working for your dream recall.

I don't know a way to ween yourself off the vitamins and yet not potentially lose your current recall, but after a long enough time just recording your dreams and getting plenty of sleep each night, you should have decent recall without the need of supplements.

You can start lucid dreaming anytime you'd like as far as I can see. Just pick a method, do your research on it, and see what needs to be done to succeed with that method. I recommend the DILD method to get you started.

I'm not on DV much these days, but I'll try to toss a cool dream or two into my DJ.
