      Sleeping time

      I'm not really sure if this is okay for dream recall, but I wake up at the most random times, and no matter when I set an alarm to, I wake up before it. Sometimes I'll go to sleep at 9 PM, and wake up at 2 AM or 6 AM or any random times in the early morning. And then I'll totally forget what happened. How can I get control of my sleep schedule?

      I used to never wake up at all during the night. Since the first night I started trying lucid dreaming I have woken up at almost exactly 4:00am when I go to bet at 9:00pm and then wake up at the end of every dream cycle after that. Using auto sugestions works well for this. Just will yourself to wake up after each dream cycle.
