How to remember your dreams (61 % succes!)
First of all, sorry for my English xD
Dream recall pretty important huh? It's really the first you must learn when you learn lucid dreaming.
Because you need to remember if you were lucid or not xD but the recall also make you more aware of your dreams and if you are more aware in general you also start to become aware of your micro awakenings, and then you can DEILD or WBTB without an alarmclock for example.
Anyway, this method helped approximately eight out of thirteen people in this thread (61% :shadewink:) :

Ok here's how you do it:
1. Wake up, try to remember your dreams ...
2. Do your every day things, go to school, work and so on
3. When you are back at home try to remember your DAY, all the details, the people you met, the activities you performed and so on.
4. Write it down or just review it in your head (it works best if you write it down) or do it Jake Sully style and record it in a videolog.
Write down your dream in the same detail that you want to remember your dreams.
5. Go to sleep (Affirm to remember your dreams)
6. (Become Lucid xD)
7. Wake up and remember your dreams
Give this method three days atleast. I hope this help all the people who struggle with dream recall.
But as I said this doesn't only help you with your recall, it makes you more aware in your dreams and makes it easier to become lucid.
