      I can't tell one dream from another!

      Usually I remember 1 very random dream, it occurred to me that if it was three dreams it would make sense! My dreams are in color and very vivid I just can't remember every detail for my journal! I don't know in what order things happen what was said but it's always very easy to see, the sound part escapes me. Any suggestions? This weekend I'm trying the WILD method.

      hmm well i notice in my dreams that the environment can be so volatile that you would think it was a different dream from one second to the next. Last night I dreamt I was in a car talking to people. Those people were suddenly in a shop which I could see from the car window. I was teleported there. Then all the dream characters were different. The dream is arguably the same because the events happened in the same REM period. For now just jot down what you remember and don't necessarily try to separate the dreams. As you improve you will become aware of the discontinuities. The gaps in your memory will become more reliable as representing being in between REM periods.
