      Weird Dream Recall

      Hey guys,

      I just recently discovered this website and lucid dreaming. In this past week I started a dream journal to improve my dream recall.

      The first night i remembered one fragment after waking up, then two, then four each following night. The morning after that I woke up about 40 minutes early with no alarm, and couldn't remember any dreams. I slept for 40 more minutes and then recalled my most vivid dream yet. The next night, the same thing happened.

      Can anyone here give any insight to this?
