No. You have trained yourself to recall 3 dreams a night. It is unfortunate that you do not write things down because the writing is to increase the amount of dreams you recall. I suppose that you probably will stay at 3 because that is what you are trained to do, but eventually you will notice a decrease. LDing is not like riding a bike. If you stop doing one of the components of it, you will notice that you will start losing the ability to do whatever that component is(in your case dream recall). Why don't you just write every dream down instead of having to worry about it. Your dream recall will increase and chances are you will become lucid more because you will recognize your temporary dream signs and your long-term dream signs more often. My advice to you is to WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN!!! Good Luck! |
