      Dream Recall

I have had a dream journal for a while, but my dream memories are still very fragmental. Some are long, but most are fragmented or I remember no dream. What should I do?

I have thought that maybe, if I included dream recall in my MILD mantra, that it may improve my results.

Bad recall periods happen to me every few weeks. Usually what I do is have a big glass of apple juice before bed. That usually ends the bad recall spree. I have also heard that bananas and peanut butter work great too. Try having some bananas and peanut butter washed down with apple juice before bed. I have also heard that waking up after 5-6 hours and having this could really boost the late REM periods resulting in unusually long vivid dreams. I have been meaning to try this but I have a cold right now

Thank you, I'll try that with the apple juice and bananas.

Try to wake yourself up after every dream throughout the night to jot down some notes. Don't set an alarm, or anything. Just tell yourself you will wake after every dream. It is easier than trying to remember them all in the morning.

So it would be effective to change my MILD mantra to something like "I will recognize I am dreaming and wake up after every dream"/"I will become lucid and my dreams and wake up after every dream"?

See, my problem is that I am so used to a full night rest. When I wake up, it's after my 3 rem cycles and I forget mostly everything. It will take a while, but if I lay there and think, larger pieces come together. It's not complete, but it's better than nothing.

Isochronic tones fixed my 5-day dry spell, and apparently dry spells of others.
I don't usually think, therefore I mostly am not.
