      Explanation of all this: I have started to workout on the gym again, however this time with a training buddy who likes the idea of supplements, I have never been a fan och supplements at all, altough when it comes to my body I know that it is really difficult for me to gain weight, so I might need some help. He told me to buy protein, creatine and some pills of Omega 3. Another word for the Omega 3 is "fish oil", when I saw this I remembered that I had seen something about this in the lucidity community before, but where? Then I found it: Does Fish Oil Induce Lucid Dreams?

      I am usually not for lucidity supplements, but since I am going to take it for my workout I had to let go of my stubborn self.

      So tomorrow I will offer you the truth of this lucidity aid and see if it can help me go deeper down the rabbit hole.
