I made vegan chocolate chip cookies from scratch. :drool:
(vegan = zero animal products)
I also made a mess, but they were so good that I didn't even mind cleaning up.
I made vegan brownies too, but I'm not sure if I like the recipe or not. They taste a bit fruity because I had to use applesauce and a banana (to replace the eggs and oil). I'm going to try making vegan fudge in a few days. I have a hot vegan friend who I love cooking for. :smitten:
