I am a 17 year old boy, nearing 18. I am from Maryland. I am very interested in psi energy and working on my visualization skills and of course obtaining lucidity more often. I eventually want to use these skills of manipulating energy and visualization to improve my dream control skills and go on a journey of self discovery. And of course I want to astral project to the higher densities and speak with entities and go on a journey of self discovery. I've been practicing my visualization by looking at a red circle then trying to maintain it in my mind for as long as I can before it vanishes. I think I am going somewhere since every time I close my eyes now I see the red dot.
Hi I have been practicing yoga for about 5 years, but but had not heard about dream yoga. I would love to take this class to gain more awareness... I have also been slacking off a bit with my regular practice but hope this helps me get back to doing it every day
Thanks sivason, I am excited to work on the mind control aspect as I think it will help take my practice to the next level
As well as help with my Lucid dreaming obviously ;-)
Hey Sivason,
I hope I am not too late.
I am 14 and a half from a small country in the middle east, Bahrain. I have already started the Basic Course #1. I will create a notebook and post my results, If I may.
Hi there, I'd like to join this class, if possible. I've been meaning to train my self-awareness and awareness of things around me. I read the first lesson and see it as an excellent way to improve my awareness.
Great! Welcome to the class.
Well I am late as always , Am i still eligible to join? :| Anyways I am a 17 year old male from South-east Asia and am really looking forward to giving dream yoga a try =)
Sarimdesert, Just start a workbook, and dive in.
Hello, my name is haithem. I'm 16 years old and I've always wanted to enhance my visualization skills and of course be lucid more often, so I'm looking forward to give dream yoga a try.
Great! Have fun.
My I still join this? Or is it too late?
I've been lucid dreaming since I was a kid and I love yoga! Ever since I heard of it a few years back, I've thought that dream yoga probably has much to offer me. I did start reading one of the books (I forget what it was called) but didn't get very far before getting distracted. I'm a skeptical person but also consider myself spiritual. But because of my skepticism I believe my spirituality to be contained in my own body, thoughts, and feelings.
I've been pretty disengaged from my own dreams for about the past year. Although I still recall lucid dreams regularly, they just are incidental and forgettable rather than purposeful and awe-inspiring as they have been in the past. And this is my first post in DV since about 2009! I'm hoping to revive my amazing dreams.
Oh... I'm 29/f. In Southern California by the sea.
You can definately join. The material takes months or more for most people. Start a notebook where you see all the other ones. Plan on this taking about a year and don't rush.
Hi Sivason. I am joining your class! Have ordered the first study book. As a Buddhist practitioner I am really interested in LD for spiritual development and emotional integration. I am have been using WILD for some six months now and have had about 15 lucid dreams and that rate is improving. Clarity needs some work so I am very please to find Dreamviews. Thanks for your help.
Glad you found us!
Hey I'm an 18 year old boy from Denmark I'm new here and I've never had a lucid dream. I've already written way too much in my introduction and biography so I'll keep it short here.
I can really see how Dream Yoga could help me reach lucidity in my dreams and even have positive side effects on real life!
*must stop myself from writing wall of text explaining exactly how I can see it help me*
