Alright, this is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STUFF THAT HAPPENED JUST NOW...especially on my first go!

Okay okay, let's get to the sweet stuff.

So what I did in less than an hour was practice 5 tests, and by the end of each test, I would apply posthypnotic suggestions that I would be in a deeper state of hynosis. My mind is completely blank from the first trial, no distractions whatsoever because I found that utilizing a feed-back response along with the motions of the test proved to be VERY useful in augmenting my suggestibility.

So here's the overview of these tests I'm using to get used to getting into the Cataleptic state:

      1. Eye test
      2. Swallow test
      3. Hand tingling test
      4. Foot Test
      5. Hand-levitating test

The reasons for these tests is that I'll get a conditioned response, so that when I engage in them, I'll be able to fall into hypnosis very quickly. The meditation I've done before with the 1,000 breaths and the 741 breaths and all that really helped me develop a superior level of concentration, and after I was done with the tests, which only took maybe 15 minutes or so, my breathing, I forget about it, I'm so relaxed....

I'm getting more into visual-imagery, and with each step, I utilize feed-back, augmenting the suggestibility. The last part was a bit hard for me at first, but I found that I was unconsciously moving my hand! (To some extent, but I know I'm getting better!!!)

This is absolutely AMAZING!!! My body is tingling just from the mere mention of my accomplishments, and I'm SO HAPPY RIGHHT NOW! I can't wait to try this out tonight! It's getting easier, and it's fun too! The breathing aspect where I count to large numbers is completely uncessary.

The thing is, I make sure I get my tension released (pleasuring myself of course; and I say that as earnestly as I can), which completely saps me and makes me more relaxed. So the suggestibility is augmented more, and I find I'm so receptive to these responses, even though it was a first go!

So I know the steps, but of course, I change it to my own benefit and I don't follow it to absolute law, but in general, whenever I do something like, for example:

The eye test, for this one,....I count up to ten, and I tell myself "As I'm counting up to ten, and even before I count to ten, I will feel my eyes getting heavier and heavier, and it will be impossible to open them without extreme force."

But I don't stop there! As I'm SLOWLY counting to ten, "ONE" I say "My eyes feel sleepy"

"TWO" My eyes are getting heavier.......then so on until I get closer to ten like "7," "My eyes are getting very heavy that I find it hard to open them."

"8, it's impossible to open my eyes now...."

"9, it's really getting hard to open my eyes now..."

"10, it's absolutely impossible to open my eyes now...and now I'm in a deeper state of hypnosis than I was before."

And like, as safety measures, I can always go back to ten and go up to 15 and find myself getting out of that state of being, and it's really easy!!!!

The same goes for the other tests....it's amazing, the visualization is just like when a person set me into hypnosis, except now I notice that I really am the one controlling the events in the visualizations (because if I distract myself, the images usually halt or just cycle through in being lively until I acknowledge these events and people to operate).

Truly amazing, truly happy with the results, and I'm going to continue increasing my conditioned responses, acknowledging each movement with feedback, and getting into deeper states of hypnosis. Of course, first go is just a good sign, but to get better, I'll keep practicing.

Meditation is absolutely amazing, especially when I get it down to just 10-15minutes!!! Imagine...5-10 minutes...than 5 minutes.....then only 2-3 minutes to get into that state!

Freaking awesome I'm telling you sivason.

Even better, after perhap 5 years of practice people can achieve high levels of meditation while performing actions, called meditation in motion. This is a key part to advanced levels of martial arts.

Congratulations! It sounds very exciting. Get good at it and you can experience something like true lucid dreams (not quite as intense) while awake!

So lately I've been noticing that I'm falling asleep faster when I'm going through the self-hypnosis.

That's a GOOD thing, now what I need to do is learn how to keep staying aware and resisting the urge to sleep. I might add a posthypnotic suggestion as insurance to make sure I don't fall asleep all the way through.

I'm noticing that when I go through each test to get my mind off my body and shift towards personal things I'm trying to explore (mostly just the concept of tulpa, which I won't discuss here), and that the conditioned responses with these tests are initiating faster than when I started this 2 weeks or so ago.

So I normally go through 5 tests like I stated before, and they mostly serve to be least complex to most complex.

I'm trying to master just these 5 for now before I get into the other 8 tests I can do to get into an even deeper state of hypnosis/trance-like state.

The reason why I'm trying to master these 5 for now is to conquer my urge to sleep after doing the 3rd test. It's crazy how effective it is, and I'm honestly happy that I'm getting more into being in a suggestible state/hypnotic state.

It's so easy now, I remember taking like 45 minutes to an hour just to get used to the steps, and now it's just 10-15 minutes....and I'm presuming that time range because of the time dilation I'm experiencing from this. It's so hard to describe into words.

I guess the meditation aspect before this whole endeavor was practiced was worth it. I don't even need to worry about breathing anymore, the whole 1,000 breaths thing I did before is nothing compared to this.

It's basically getting to that state as if I was counting up to 1,000 with simple feedback responese everytime I count up to ten. Ten is my magic number, and 15 is my emergency number as well...so the whole process is getting better instilled into my mind, so that's another good thing.

I just have to keep it up because when I do it...

the urge to sleep comes at me like this.

The visualizations, I just know it can be there when I start doing small steps and building on into more detailed areas.

Anyway, just wanted to keep a log to make sure I acknowledge that I have to conquer the sleeping state now....I'm really close...no I AM on the borderline of being asleep and aware.

I actually felt insecure for some reason trying to make a log of this a few hours ago...don't know why, but glad it's done and over with.

Yesterday I took a nap and started using the self-hypnosis to relax and just let my thoughts drift away. It felt like hours, and it was so peaceful just being dormant all the time. I just stated the eyelid test to relax myself, and as soon as the alarm rings, I'm surprised that it was only 28 minutes or so of meditation.

I felt pretty good, at least before the running class I'm taking. I'm just keeping up with adding visualizations with each command I give myself, and it's easier to get myself into it. And my voice getting deeper and deeper makes it interesting as well. I plan to take to attempt another self-hypnosis for meditation and see what happens from there. I might take a nap since this week was just a bunch of nonsense, but either way, the hypnosis is working for me.
