Started lesson 1. I did this in a fairly quiet environment but still the majority of the sounds required conscious effort to be conscious of. The "sound" that I am usually least aware of, unless there is nothing else, is actually a sound that isn't there: a very faint ringing in my ears. The sounds that I am normally most aware of are those of other people and periodic sounds. |
