Saxton's Workbook
I've been reading these tutorials and tried a few out, but I'm going to try and work them into my daily life. I'll start with the feeling an intense world one, and try to do it at least once a day. I've noticed already that when I try things like that my awareness within dreams increases, just because at random intervals throughout the day I try to notice my body and senses. Not so much to check reality, but to become more aware so that if I were dreaming I would notice.
Anyway I'll post any updates here!

Welcome to the class. The awareness training has got a lot of students lucid. It is great stuff for daily life too.
