Me, Dream Yoga, Myself, TaylorD94, and I

So after not having much luck over the past few YEARS of trying to have intentional LDs, I figure yoga couldn't hurt! I stumbled upon this yesterday and found it quite interesting that instead of doing reality checks to become aware, you simple do reality awareness at a hyper-active stage. I hope this will give me more results than before and I have a feeling it will. After just one night of doing some sensory work, I brought myself into a deep sleep last night. I'm already skilled in visualization, sensory mirages, and energy work, however I always skip being aware constantly. That's the main reason I feel I haven't been able to become lucid. So, there's that. (: Can't wait to also enjoy the company of everyone as well.

I've been practicing more awareness during the day. I find it encouraging that I'm also out of nowhere reminded that I should be aware of the moment. It gives me hope that this is soon going to happen in a dream. I'll keep doing my practices religiously and I'm anticipating results soon.

P.S. My dream recall has been slowly coming back as well. I'm grateful to have stumbled upon dream yoga.
