WILD Attempt for the night of 7/25/2010
Attempt 1 in Workbook
Preparation/Plan
I'm listening to some of Ninja's subliminal audio tracks before I go to bed.
Then at 11:00 P.M. I will go to bed and use an iPod alarm to get me up 6 hours later
(5:00 A.M.)
I will then stay completely still and let my thoughts roam. Once I enter SP I will work my way to entering a dream. Once inside the dream I will stabilize it by touching the floor, rubbing my hands, and spinning around. Then I will do whatever comes to mind! Maybe the TOTM!

Failed
Tried for about 45 minutes
I woke up as planned and tried to relax (Tensed my muscles then let them relax) and let my mind roam. After a while I felt my arms go numb and my chest felt like there was a heavy weight on it. It was getting hard to breath and I told myself it was all in my mind. After about 15 minutes longer I could tell it wasn't working. I think I may have woken up a bit to late and I wasn't relaxed enough. Oddly, no dream recall!! I'm planning to wake up 4 hours after going to bed instead of 6 next time.
