RC-1 Paramita
Sorry it took me so long to start my assignments, I am in the middle of a conference and have been very busy.
RC's:
- Nose Pinching
- Checking Time (glancing at clock, glancing away, glancing back)
- Trying to put my finger through my palm
RC Triggers:
- Walking through a doorway
- Standing up from my chair
- Stopping at a stop sign
Dream Signs:
- haven't as of yet come up with any, I'm just starting a DJ again as of 2 weeks ago, so nothing is jumping out as of yet.
-
Homework 2:
"A few nights ago (in a dream) I was looking at a mirror and I noticed that my eyes were pure white. I looked away and then again and my eyes were normal, but then they turned all white again. I didn't become lucid. " - It is possible that he did not become lucid as this was not a normal RC for him, it could be improved by performing this check every time you look in the mirror during the day.
"This one time there were like at least 20 people completely naked crammed inside of a bath tub in a room with a dim green light, and they asked me why I did not get on the plane. I then spit a piece of gum into a trash can. Very strange dream..... this was the end of it by the way, but it still made no sense. " - While this is certainly interesting, there is no part of it besides the fact that it is strange, that would lead one to believe it was a dream during it. Possibly by double checking the gum was in the trash can he could have gained lucidity.
"My most recent flubb of a lucid dream opportunity was just last night (I mentioned in my other post) Some girl I know was in my dream and she somehow became a metal grate. How weird is that? But in the dream it was normal! I felt like kicking myself when I woke up. " - Again there is no actual RC here, however the extreme absurdity of the situation could have provoked lucidity had one somehow incorporated dream signs or absurdity factor into your day to day RC.
