Dream signs
1. Anger at authority. I find that often there are people making rules and when I have the presence of mind I question the reasoning behind the rule and become aware that it is a dream.
2. Sexy stuff. Nuff said.
What exactly are the purpose of dream signs?

I'm going to choose 3 instances in which I missed becoming lucid that were really obvious.
1. My friend posted a status on facebook that said "had a lucid dream"
2. I had a SUPER realistic dream and I did an RC where I tried to stick my finger though by hand, but my finger didn't go though my hand so I thought I was awake.
3. I was the operator of a machine that hooked up to people and caused them to have lucid dreams.

I've been trying to build awareness. I've been mostly focusing on Sight, Sound, and Physical Sensation. I practice awareness the most when I'm running. Normally I would simply tune out all of my sense while I run. Now that I've begun to build awareness I've noticed:
1. the sound of meet when I run.
2. The houses and trees that are on my route.
3. How my foot feels when it is landing on the ground.
