This is my workbook for the Introduction to Lucid Dreaming class.
First and foremost I apologize for not keeping up with this, but I was without a laptop for a small period of time. I'll summarize the days since the 17th by saying that I haven't recalled a single dream. I've been under a lot of stress lately, and that's likely hindering my recall a good bit. I'm home now, and will be posting as required.
Stress definitely is a huge recall-killer, for sure! There are two tutorials now posted in the syllabus thread... http://www.dreamviews.com/f85/intro-...llabus-101457/
It's a fair bit of reading, but I hope it helps! :)

Finally my dreams are back! Serenity, I'll be completing the assignments after I have just a few more dreams to work with, if you don't mind. If you'd prefer I go ahead with what I have than I will.
It's cool... I was going to give the class one extra week to do assignments, so no rush :)

More of an image than a dream, but I remember my feelings pretty well, which is interesting.

That dream somehow occurred from the chat logs I read a few days ago. I'm amazed at how accurate what I saw was since I haven't seen Sailor Moon in years.

I guess I've heard something about April getting married without actually noticing. Found out today that she's actually getting married.

Apparently I may have dreamed about Serenity... Sort of.

I may have had anywhere from 1-3 dreams here, but I think it was 2. If it was 3 that's the best night of recall I've ever had. Even at 2 they were more clear than usual.
No dream last night. A couple of stressful days here, which have also ended with me being up later than usual. I tried laying in bed for awhile to remember something, anything, but nothing came back.
Stress is a pretty big recall killer, for sure :( There isn't much to be done, other than maybe some meditation before bed, and "sweeping the stress" out of your mind before you go to sleep (I use a visualization of sweeping out a dusty attic :D).
Same as last post, sadly. Hoping things will be better with the weekend. I may try some meditation or relaxation techniques soon.
Meditation before bed will help immensely!!
Very sorry to have neglected this recently, but things came up very fast at school. I had many ongoing projects and I hadn't gotten 4 hours of sleep in days until last night, when I crashed and slept a good 13 hours. I'll begin posting as normal again tomorrow.
